Katherine Higgins came to us under unconventional circumstances, literally saving the day when we had a last minute transition in photography. We met for the first time 30 minutes before my wedding ceremony, and it felt like we knew her for years. She captured candid moments as well as provided guidance for the most flattering and tasteful wedding portraits. Her editing is perfection, as she provided a light and airy feel to the documentation of our summer wedding! She caught me off guard with her consideration as she maintained communication throughout the editing process. This is when the fun begins! After you inquire, you'll get an email from me to set up a time to jump on the phone for a chat. Also in that email, you will get a link to all the wedding collections I offer. After I learn more about your day and you've asked any questions you may have, if you're still not sure, I can help you decide which package would meet your needs best. Once you've decided on your collection, I will send over your agreement and invoice to look over. After your agreement and deposit have been received, I'm all yours!
Once we're official, we get to start planning your engagement session! This is such an amazing time to work together for the first time. This will help you get used to being in front of my camera, and have some fun! I'm here to help you pick out your outfits and guide you through the whole session. Any nerves you have will melt away as we focus on the two of you and having a good time! After your session, you'll have a sneak peek within 72 hours, and then a full gallery full of beautiful images for you to print and share.
Leading up to your wedding we can have as many planning chats as you would like. We can do phone calls, zooms, or even meet in person for a drink or coffee! 3 months before your wedding I'll send you a questionnaire so I can make sure nothing is missed as far as your needs on your wedding day. Once that is all filled out I will finalize your wedding day timeline!
Your big day is finally here!! Now all you have to do is show up, relax and enjoy every moment. I will be there to capture the beauty of your day as it unfolds, and be there for guidance when needed. Once the celebration is over, and your off enjoying the beginning of your married life I'll be working on your final images! You will receive your sneak peek within 72 hours so you don't have to wait to see, and relieve the joy and beauty of your day. When they are all ready you'll receive a stunning online gallery where you, can share and print images that you'll love for years to come.

Your engagement session is about more than just getting photos for your invitations, or save the dates. It's about documenting this version of you—the giddy, excited, deeply-in-love couple you are before the wedding day arrives. We'll find a location that feels meaningful to you, keep things relaxed and natural, and create images that capture your genuine connection.
It's also the perfect trial run. By the time your wedding day comes, we'll already know each other! You'll feel comfortable in front of my camera, you'll trust the process, and that ease translates into more authentic, beautiful photos.
